Driving, Dinnertainment, and Drugs?!?!?!?

Annyeong haseyo!  I am so glad you stopped  by to check on us.  We are doing well and hope you all are too.  This week has been pretty laid back compared to last week, which by the way I am very thankful for.
On Friday, the kids and I went to Seoul for the day with some friends.  As usual, it was an adventure just trying to get there.

I don't know how some of the tiny trucks don't tip over with their loads.

traffic coming out of the toll booth

not something you see everyday

My favorite picture from the trip.....

the PROMISE land....... I miss going to a regular grocery store.

On Saturday, Darci and I went to the Holiday Bazaar on post.  I was able to get my kimchi pot ornament for our Christmas tree and a very cute mug.  Darci got a hand painted fan to add to her collection.  It was nice to do a little shopping with my girl.

of course, we can't go to a holiday bazaar and not get our face painted

he is a tremendous artist

soooo cool

love my mug!

we will always remember Christmas in Korea

We also went to dinner and a movie on Saturday.  If you get a chance to see Here Comes the Boom with Kevin James, you SHOULD.  It was a GREAT movie and the kids even loved it.  I was very impressed.  It was very family friendly even with the cage fighting.

our DINNERTAINMENT

he does NOT like to be on camera.... you probably have noticed

Of course, the blog would not be the same with a few ODD Korea pics.  So enjoy!

on the counter at the phone store....(CANDY)

now THAT is some Popeye's Chicken

gotta love the translations on these things

I told these two ODDBALLS that it was cold out there!

Well, that about wraps up another week in Korea.  Thanks again for joining us.  Until next time....

Annyeonghi geseyo!

Her name is Naomi and I am so humbled and honored to be her man!!! I look foward to sharing more of our story with you, perhaps over the phone, as our schedule settles down a bit. Please keep the updates coming, it is great way to catch up. With love, Doug.
